Millennials are Buying into Socialist Bernie Sanders

My generation, the millennials, never seem to amaze as they are now beginning to fall in line with the socialist in the room, the outspoken "democratic socialist" Bernie Sanders. With lines like free college for everyone, free healthcare, and countless other free government programs, the millennial generation falls hook line and sinker for every shiny object those like Bernie dangle in front of them. There is one thing they fail to realize, and that is the fact that government itself cannot make anything free. Government doesn't actually produce anything, and everything they intend to make free is paid for by the tax payer.

Just look at twitter the other day and you will see just how bad things are getting.  Not only is Bernie Sanders gaining a larger foothold in the upcoming race for president on the Democratic ticket, he is taking on a lot more followers from the aforementioned millennial generation.  You see this is where the problem lies, the mindless millennials as I like to call them fall for the emotional aspect of what it is Bernie says.

We are seeing an ever growing following behind the socialist Bernie Sanders which I find quite terrifying given the fact that his proposals will only make this country worse off. We will be headed down the road to ruin just like Venezuela who has experimented with many of the same proposals as what Bernie intends to do if elected. The millennials need to understand that just because government says something is free it is by no means free and it is the working middle class that will foot the bill. Regardless of what he or Hillary preaches about how they will reign in Wall Street and the big banks there will still be many crony capitalists in bed with the government and they will always get around paying taxes as so many of Hillary's donors have already been doing now for quite some time.

What we are seeing with the increasing popularity of Bernie and the already rampant popularity of Trump is a blind following that hangs on the every promise of these two candidates. It's time the American people wake up and begin doing their homework. We all need to fully vet and research all of the candidates running for the office of the President of the United States on both the Republican and Democrat sides. We need to become better informed voters and see through the rhetoric.

Wasting Away Again in Obamaville

It's safe to say our country has become a liberal progressive paradise. We should seriously consider revising the name America to Obamaville as we are becoming subjects of his progressive, anti-American agenda.  Call me cray but it's hard to believe this president truly believes in the American dream as he gives more to the freaking illegal immigrant than he does out veterans.  It is not the governments responsibility to give anything to anyone except our veterans who put their lives on the line to defend this still great nation that deep down I still believe in.

Onto the song!!! This song hits on ever aspect of Obamas draconian agenda.  I'll provide a little synopsis of the song should you want a summary.

The song wastes no time as it talks about food stamps.  This program while good in it's intention has gotten way out of hand with nearly 47 million now receiving them through their little refillable EBT card. Next, the song wastes no time to talk about how everything is all George Bush's fault.  This is Obama's favorite get out of jail free card. That's all about that, I'm sure you already know enough with regards to blaming Bush so I won't get carried away with that.

Ahh and let us not forget Obama's gem, OBAMACARE!!! Gotta love how he posed this program as providing more choice and reduced costs when as well all know it has done the exact opposite.  Along with Obamacare, this amazing song talks about getting those free meds.  We are such a medicated society as there is a medication or pill for every problem (real or made up) that so many today are so medicated they forget what is really going on in the world.

"Raising those taxes so we can hang on." This could be the best line of the entire song and couldn't be more appropriate for what is going on now as Obama is considering arbitrarily raising our taxes through "executive order." All the while, if he's a "constitutional scholar" like he claims to be he should know that Congress is the only governing body that can legally levy a tax on the American people.

What a perfect ending, "the world's goin insane."

Police Enforce Ridiculous Laws Passed by Politicians

We have seen outrage and disgust over the most recent grand jury decision exonerating officer Daniel Pantaleo from any wrong doing in the choke hold death of Eric Garner. This was indeed a horrific incident as it is clear the cop appears to have crossed the line in choking Garner as he did. While this may be the case there is one major aspect of this situation that has gone largely undisclosed, the reason he was approached by the cops in the first place. 

(And no it wasn't because he was "black") 

With an ever growing number of ridiculous laws on the books police officers are now forced to handle everything from murder to ticketing a guy smoking to close to a building or a guy selling loose cigarettes on the street corner.

What took place on Staten Island is a direct result of ridiculous laws that the likes of the former mayor nanny Bloomberg  and current communist mayor DeBlasio are putting into affect. These individuals and those like them in the collegiate and political "elite" sit around all day and devise ways in which they can control the public.

First it was 20 ounce sodas, then it was salt, followed by sugar, followed by an ever growing cigarette tax and restrictions on where you can smoke. Laws in NYC have become so ridiculous that one can barely find a place to smoke while in the middle of an open air park.

You look at nearly all of the big cities throughout this country that are dealing with issues of race and perceived or real police brutality against the citizenry and you find a Democrat mayor. Detroit is all but lost at this point as a result of liberal Democrat policies run amok, Chicago run by the infamous Rham Emanuel is know as Chi-Raq, Los Angeles run by a Democrat, the St Louis area where the Ferguson incident took place run predominately by Democrats, and last but not least NYC which has been run by some of the most liberal progressive elitist nuts for nearly a decade.

People are simply getting what they vote for.  People want a progressive utopian style government and that's what they're getting. They all think government knows what is best for them. They want to rely on government to enact laws to control nearly every aspect of every persons life from what they drive to what they eat to how much water is in the toilet bowl when they take a crap and this is what your left with, an ever growing police state. How else is the government supposed to continue to enforce all of these ridiculous laws on the books today unless they develop a humongous police force.

It's time we get back to the Constitutional principles of limited government and rid local, state, and federal government of the ever growing number of ridiculous laws. Instill in people the importance of self reliance and the ability to take care of oneself rather than constantly relying on the government to hold their hand through each and every step in life. Inspire the individual to take responsibility for his or her actions! If we can do this we can surely avoid another incident like we recently witnessed with Eric Garner and we can avoid incident like what took place in Ferguson, MO. All it takes is a little limited government, self reliance, and responsible behavior!
