Tell the 9th Circuit to Stick It!!

As you know by now the activist judges on the 9th circuit have upheld the suspension of Trump’s immigration ban.  While that may sound like a great move if you're watching Good Morning America, MSNBC, Meet the Press, or any of those other mainstream media wack job collaborations, they couldn’t be further off the deep end. So many today have become brainwashed into believing everything that is fed to them by these morons and they have no understanding of the Constitution or the rule of law.  The rule of law that Trump spoke about throughout his campaign and continues to speak about as President.

This failed understanding of the Constitution and lack of knowledge when it comes to civics can be attributed largely to the educational system in this country.  Kids today come out of school knowing more about the Kardashians than they do about who the first President of this country was or the system of government we all live under.  We even hear many millennials spout off at the mouth about how this country is a “democracy” when in reality we are a Constitutional republic and majority doesn’t always rule! If kids and even adults understood how our government is designed to function they would realize that there are three co-equal branches of government, the legislative, judicial, and executive.  Each of which is designed to be a check to the other creating a balance between the three.  

Many are arguing that the 9th circuit was merely checking the President’s power when it comes to his recent immigration order.  That could not possibly be further from the truth as the power over immigration lies solely in the hands of Congress and the President. Congress may make laws regarding immigration while the President, according to a 1952 immigration bill, has the power to determine which (non-citizens) we let into this country, where they originate from, and how many people we decide to let it. The President can even go as far as to restrict immigration based upon just about whatever he so chooses, he can even restrict immigration based upon religion (aaahhhh the horror).

The law passed in 1952 states,

I believe that this nation is the last hope of Western civilization and if this oasis of the world shall be overrun, perverted, contaminated or destroyed, then the last flickering light of humanity will be extinguished. I take no issue with those who would praise the contributions which have been made to our society by people of many races, of varied creeds and colors.

However, we have in the United States today hard-core, indigestible blocs which have not become integrated into the American way of life, but which, on the contrary are its deadly enemies. Today, as never before, untold millions are storming our gates for admission and those gates are cracking under the strain.

The solution of the problems of Europe and Asia will not come through a transplanting of those problems en masse to the United States. ... There you have it! It doesn’t take a law degree to grasp the fact that our country has been facing issues with illegal immigration since its inception and we continue to face those same issues today.  The problem today is that the Democrats and all liberals seem to cherry pick which laws they want to enforce and or abide by and which laws they simply disregard.  This is why we are so lucky to have Trump in office.  Trump clearly believes in the rule of law and is willing to hold those who do not uphold the rule of law accountable.  The problem is we need to get the masses to understand that the rule of law still does exist and we all must be sure our leaders are upholding said rules whether they agree with them or not.

The Left is Coming for the Guns Again!

The left comes loaded lock stock and barrel! It’s truly sad and disgusting that yet again before the blood is dry and the victims are all identified, those on the left began to politicize the tragedy that occurred in Orlando, Florida over the weekend.  A tragedy that could have easily been averted had our federal government done what they should be doing, keeping us safe from foreign enemies and those who sympathize with those enemies, rather than obsessing over restricting and even considering banning our second amendment right altogether.  

Another pathetic aspect of the events that unfolded following the tragedy in Orlando is how the pitiful news media rushed to conclusions speculating that the perpetrator was most likely a Trump supporter and or a “right wing extremist”.  Amidst all of the speculation the news media had to reluctantly report that the perpetrator was indeed a man of muslim background who had clearly been radicalized. Then our glorious president goes on TV and attempts to cover for this crazy muslim by saying it was merely an act of hatred.  At no point could he even come close to uttering the words “islamic terrorism”.

Therein lies both of the issues we see arising with this massacre, just as we see in every terror attack involving islamists and guns, our government possesses an innate inability to call out radical islam and instead they rush to attack our 2nd amendment right to bear arms.  What is ironic about this is the fact that whether or not guns are involved the perpetrator will find a way to carry out an attack. Just take the Boston bombing for example, NO GUNS were involved in that horrific tragedy and yet is goes down as one of the worst terror attacks this country has ever suffered. Then take into account the mass murder that took place in Sweden carried out by Anders Behring Breivik in which he killed eight people by detonating a van bomb amid the Regjeringskvartalet in Oslo, and then shot dead 69 participants of a Workers' Youth League (AUF) summer camp on the island of Utøya. One can even look to a city right in the heartland of the United States, Chicago, where they have enacted some of the most strict gun control laws in the nation yet the still suffer from the highest number of shootings and murders.

It’s clear to see that regardless of how much the left obsesses over guns and gun control, it is factually impossible to eliminate the 2nd amendment and keep Americans completely safe.  I think Benjamin Franklin said it best,

Again even if they were to somehow reign in the 2nd amendment and begin to disarm the people the radical islamists would still find a way to carry out their attacks.

According to Breitbart,

A senior French police officer and his female companion were killed following an attack by a knife-wielding man in a distant suburb of Paris, officials said Monday. The attacker was also killed in the ensuing confrontation with police, while a three-year-old boy was rescued from the scene.

Paris! A city ravaged by terror attacks merely months ago continues their accommodations of the islamists.  They also refuse to face the threat of islamic terror head on and as a result this innocent police officer and his female companion were brutally killed by a man with a knife shouting allahu akbar.  Yes, I get it he had a knife rather than a gun and that there is grounds for a lot smaller number of those injured or killed, but what ever happened to the motto of the left when it comes to other tragic incidents, “if we could just save one life.” If you ask me a good guy with a gun could have saved way more than one life had he been present in Orlando when that tragedy took place.

Some sources described the attacker as a neighbour of the policeman, who was in plain clothes when he was killed.  Witnesses heard the assailant, described as a teenager or in his early 20s, shout “Allahu Akhbar”, Arabic for “God is great”.

This article along with the countless incidents of gun violence that take place in locations with strict gun laws make the clear point that what we need is not more gun laws.  What we need is leadership that has the balls to call a spade a spade and confront the threat of islamic terror here at home head on.  Right now the only individual that seems to be willing to do that is Donald Trump hence why he has garnered such a following.  People are fed up with the status quo offered by the same old politicians we have been seeing over the past few decades and are in search of a real leader.  I truly hope that if elected Donald Trump will be that leader we so desperately need!

Accommodating the Islamist "Refugees"

We have all become so consumed by the presidential primaries that many of us forget about what is going on around the world and the effect those happenings have on us.  Whether we want to believe it or not Europe is slowly but surely falling to the islamists as they continue to make their way from the middle east into countries like Germany, Great Britain, and other countries throughout Europe.  The underlying problem here is the radical political correctness that has taken hold.  Many European leaders have become so obsessed with accommodating the islamists that they have actually instructed their own citizens to go about their daily lives in a manner that would avoid offending the newly minted muslim citizens.  And let’s face it these “refugees” coming into Europe have no intentions of leaving and returning to their home countries whenever the conflict is resolved, a conflict that has been ongoing for thousands of years.

Nonetheless it is essential that we pay attention to the rise of islamism throughout Europe.  This is so important as in many instances what happens in Europe makes it’s way to our shores in about 5 to 10 years.  We have Democrats and liberals in this country that idolize what takes place in Europe, they long to bring the radical political correctness that is ruining those countries to our shores.  The reasoning behind this is simple, bring that radical political correctness here and fundamentally change our American culture as we know it in the name of “acceptance”.  What they fail to realize is that the type of fundamental transformation that will take place at the hands of the islamists is change that we will never recover from.

In an article entitled “Christians Told To ‘Pray In Silence… Don’t Disturb The Migrants’ from Breitbart,

Parishioners visiting a church in Italy were told they must “pray in silence” so as not to disturb African migrants being housed there.

That change that we would never recover from is on full display right here. This is where I would draw the line, but clearly many in Europe do not have the common sense or the balls as we conservatives do to say enough is enough.  These residents of Italy were nice enough to welcome these migrants into their place of worship and now they’re being told they have to accommodate them up to and including changing the way in which they worship.  All the while you can rest assured the islamists are able to go about their business with complete disregard for the people that were gracious enough to welcome them to their Church in the first place.

The article then goes on to explain,

After one of the female parishioners requested that the migrants be taken to another church so that she could recite the rosary, the parish priest, Don Rito, appeared and accompanied her and the other visitors to another church.

The Northern Italian town of 55,000 people has recently been overwhelmed with hundreds of migrants. More than 50 Africans have been crossing into Ventimiglia every day, hoping that from there they will be able to enter France. The town’s mayor, Enrico Ioculano, has said that this is “an untenable situation”.

One of the Church parishioners clearly had enough with being told they couldn’t worship as to avoid offending the islamists and asked they be moved to a different Church.  What took place following her request should disgust you to the core.  Rather than relocate the islamists they instead accompanied the parishioner and others to another Church to avoid offending their “guests”.

It is time to wake up people.  I know I say this constantly but it’s a point that cannot be stressed enough that we all need to be aware of what is going on around the world.  We must also understand the true intentions of our government and what they intend to do with so called refugee situation.  There are already plans in the works to bring a large number of these so called refugees to our shores and you can rest assured that we will all be instructed to do everything our power to avoid offending them. I’m sorry but I’m going to go about my daily life as I always have and if they don’t like it they can go right back to where they came from.  That may sound harsh to some but I am fed up with the political correctness run amok in this country and trying to avoid offending everyone else. Who looks out for those of us who are being told to accept others and to change our ways to accommodate others?

The islamist Invasion of the West

They say as goes Europe so goes the United States at least that is how things have been over the past few decades.  For some reason, a reason I still cannot fathom, the liberal progressives obsess over the morons in Europe and their progressive ideologies.  Those same ideologies are literally destroying their way of life from their culture to their economies. With wave after wave of islamist refugees making their way from Syria and other countries throughout the middle east to countries like Germany, Sweden, and other European countries they are bringing with them their demented “culture”, a culture of demeaning and beating women, stoning gays, and the attempt to implement sharia law.

The atrocities being carried out by the barbarians in the middle east and Europe seem to be going completely unnoticed to the everyday liberal progressive here in the United States.  The same individuals that claim to stand for human rights and especially the rights of women and those in the gay community fail to address the islamic invasion and the effect it is having on every aspect of Western life in Europe.

Yes… You read that right, the islamic invasion of Europe is becoming so bad that now they are literally considering using taxpayer funds to train freaking imams.  Trust me it is only a matter of time before this mentality makes its way to American shores and the progressives will embrace it with open arms.  After all the entire religion of islam is completely off limits from criticism and it is for some screwed up reason our responsibility to cater to the islamists as we already do. Muslims are opening up mosques all over this country, Deerborn Michigan has since been renamed Deerbornistan, hell the muslims even tried to open a mosque within spitting distance of where the Twin Towers once stood and there were plenty of idiots defending the idea.

This brings up another concerning aspect of the islamist invasion of the West.  The fact that they are beginning to infiltrate government offices, and other offices from which they can exude influence on the masses.  This is where the millennial generation really needs to wake the hell up and understand what is going on.  The millennials live in a bubble believing that everything will always be ok and my concern is that when they finally wake up we will have passed the point of no return. If we do not push back against the islamist invasion we will begin to see “no-go zones” which have already cropped up throughout Europe.  Areas in which the islamists govern themselves, we Westerners aren’t allowed to go there, and our police forces have no jurisdiction.

It is essential that we all truly wake up and smell the coffee because if we don’t it won’t be long before that will be Halal coffee we will be smelling, we won’t be able to indulge in our beloved bacon, and our women will be wearing freaking hijabs.

Cruzzin Past Trump in Iowa

Big news this Sunday morning as it looks like Trump is not as infallible as many think he is.  Thus far I have been looking at the GOP field and giving everyone an equal shot in my eyes to win the Republican nomination for the president.  Too many people are buying into what is being fed to them via the mainstream media and are getting caught up in the hoopla that same media has created as they hang on every word Trump says.  I'll be the first to say that when Trump appears to screw up, somehow it only strengthens his stance in the polls and that just adds to is already over inflated ego.

Just a few examples of Trumps debacles...



In this particular instance we see Donald Trump literally mock handicapped individuals as he speaks about the Muslims that were celebrating in Jersey City, NJ shortly after the 9/11 attacks.  While his claim was later confirmed as video had surfaced showing the individuals indeed were celebrating, the problem is how Trump went about explaining this incident.  Do we really want an individual like this, who possesses such lack of couth, as the leader of the free world and one who will represent us around the world.

Again we see Trump on his high horse and this time he is literally mocking and belittling a fellow candidate.  In this instance it is about respect, or lack thereof, from an individual who has his sights on the highest office in this country.  When I look for someone who I would back as president of the United States, I look for someone who commands respect; not someone who tosses around names and acts like a child when he doesn't get his way.  After all we are now seeing Trump threatening that he may actually run third party if the GOP doesn't start treating him fairly.  On what grounds can he speak about fair behavior when we see him mock handicapped people and belittle nearly every single individual vying for the GOP nomination to become president?

Along Comes Ted Cruz

While everyone was pandering over Trump and his recent statements about how he intends to keep Islamic terrorists from entering the United States, Texas Senator Ted Cruz was busy running a campaign rooted in fundamental principles on how he intends to implement his policies.

According to Brietbart,

Cruz has 31 percent support, followed by Donald Trump with 21 percent. Since October, Cruz has gained 21 points while Trump has gained just 2 percent. Neurosurgeon Ben Carson is in 3rd place with 13 percent, down 15 points since October. Florida

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) 79% is 4th with 10 percent support, essentially unchanged since the last poll.

Are people beginning to wake up to Trump and his antics?  This aforementioned pole is a fantastic indicator that people are fed up with Trump and his whining that if he isn’t treated fairly he’ll leave the party.  While that may strike fear into many traditional Republican voters, I feel that the core of the Republican party today stands on clear morals and values and they are able to see right through everything Trump says and understand there isn’t really any substance behind the rhetoric.

That substance that Trump lacks Cruz makes up for and a prime example of this is explained here,

There were two other campaign developments this week, however, that perhaps go even further to explain the strong support coalescing behind Cruz. On Thursday, Cruz gave a speech focused on foreign policy at the Heritage Foundation. Echoing Ronald Reagan and Jeanne Kirkpatrick, Cruz outlined a robust strategy to combat radical terrorism without miring the US in overseas conflicts.

This is what we need, in a candidate who can literally back up what he says with methods and policies depicting how he will carry out his plan. Ted Cruz understands the Constitution and the responsibility of holding the highest office in the land.  He doesn’t just speak on platitudes, he speaks about the issuing we face as a nation and provides detailed outlines of how he intends to address those issues .  The next time you see Trump on CNN, MSNBC, Good Morning America, Fox News, or anywhere else spouting off trying to keep himself in the limelight think to yourself, does this man really have a plan for this country or is he all talk?

Obama Using ISIS to Fundamentally Transform America

Finally a TV talking head this time on Fox News Business had the balls to call out Obama for what he is, a pussy! While this is viewed by some a crude I feel it is an accurate depiction of just how this president is acting given the current state of affairs with regards to his handling or lack thereof of ISIS (not “ISIL).  During last night’s Presidential Address to the nation (which just so happened to take place on the first night of Hannukah) our president addressed the nation spending more time lecturing us on how we need to be more sympathetic towards muslims than what he will do to protect us and defeat ISIS.

One can’t help but ask themselves, just what is the end game with Obama and his unwillingness to confront ISIS? Look no further than his buddy Rahm Emanuel and his famous statement regarding crises, “You never let a good crisis go to waste.”  It’s becoming quite clear Obama is using this tragedy we all witness in San Bernardino, along with the tragedy in Ft. Hood, Chattanooga, Tennessee, and other terrorist attacks to further his liberal progressive ideologies which include the following,

1. Gun control
2. Expand the voting base to include Syrian Refugees
3. Tear down Judeo-Christian values this country was founded upon

First and foremost, Obama has an obsession with disarming the American people. He is praying for more and more tragedies like the one we saw in California to occur so he can play on the American people's emotions to the point at which they would even consider giving up their first amendment right. Just last night he lectured us on how we shouldn’t let people on the “terrorist no-fly list” obtain firearms.  Hello!!! Most of the names on that list ended up there because someone wrote something on social media the government didn’t agree with.  There have even been names on the list of news people, writers, and the like. There is no vetting process that is followed when placing people on this list and individuals are afforded no due process, yet the president wants to use that list as a means to deny people their first amendment right?

Last night we also heard the president go on and on about how we are to ensure we do not pose any type of hatred towards those of muslim descent. The average American citizen doesn’t pose any hatred towards those of muslim descent as it show in the statistics provided to us directly from the FBI.

6.1 percent were victims of anti-Catholic bias.

2.5 percent were victims of anti-Protestant bias.

1.2 percent were victims of anti-Atheist/Agnostic bias.

11.0 percent were victims of bias against other religions (anti-other religion). (Based on Table 1.)

If anyone should be upset about hate crimes in this country it should be the Jewish people.  These people are persecuted at a far higher rate than any other group, and this doesn’t just take place here, it is going on all over the world.

According to The Times of Israel,

Miri Michaeli, Europe correspondent for Israel’s Channel 10 news, tweets a troubling report from Paris.

The tweet reads, in Hebrew: “Chabad: Paris police order [us] to cancel most of our public [Hanukkah] candlelighting in the city, in light of the terror attack and the fear of additional attacks. Efforts [are underway] to approve a candlelighting at the foot of the Eiffel [Tower].”

Yet we are being lectured by our president that we must go out of our way to be sure we don’t even so much as refer to islamic terrorism as islamic or we may soon face prosecution, at least that is what his Attorney General Loretta Lynch is threatening us with.

The overall undertone of Obama’s speech and his true intentions as he stated when we was elected back in 2008 is to “fundamentally transform” this country.  What we are finally witnessing is that fundamental transformation in action.  This president doesn’t have to worry about another election as he is a lame duck, as a result he is going full force in admitting as many non-American individuals into this country as he possibly can. This is where the transformation occurs as he is not bringing in people who will assimilate to our way, he is bringing in people that demand we assimilate to them.  This will eventually result in the deconstruction of the Judeo-Christian foundation this country was built upon and the eventual demise of the United states as we know it.

It is imperative we wake up demand that our country is returned to its Judeo-Christian roots. We must avoid hatred towards any group of people as that is what Obama and the liberal progressive left want.  They thrive off of division between different groups of people as they intend to marginalize this country. If we can stick together and bring back the love that true Christians believe in we can save this country from where it is headed under the worst president we have ever seen!

Mass Media Rushes to Provide Excuses for San Bernadino Shooting

We constantly hear about how we are the only country in the world that sees mass shootings.  Heck, Obama even had the nerve to call out America and the mass shooting epidemic that we supposedly have while he was in France, the sight of one of the most horrific mass shootings in recent memory.  Fast forward a few weeks and we witnessed another mass shooting even this time in San Bernadino, California and before the bodies are cold the mass media is on the war path hoping and praying that this shooter is somehow a white, male, conservative, card carrying NRA member. The liberal media took to social media and began pushing their agenda!

The great Ben Shapiro has taken to Twitter to tow the ban assault weapons line.  What he is clearly forgetting to realize is that assault weapons have been banned for nearly 30 years. Mr. Shapiro if criminals want to get guns they will get guns.

While two of the perpetrators appear to have been killed in the confrontations that followed the shooting, one of them Syed Farook was taken into custody. So now the debate begins.  Was this individual who we now know to be a muslim a muslim who believed in islam in the radical sense?  Will we hear the true motive behind this heinous act or will our president again call it "workplace violence"?  We have already witnessed absolutely abhorrent acts perpetrated on American citizens by individuals of muslim descent including the Ft. Hood shooting, the beheading at a processing plant in Oklahoma, and the shooting that took place at an armed services recruiting center in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Islamist Sympathizers Take the Stage with #MuslimsAreNotTerrorists

One could merely bet it would only be a matter of time before individuals would come out of the woodwork to ensure that we do not blame "Muslims" for the attacks that took place in Paris.  I don't think anyone is blaming Muslims as a whole but we must confront the radical Islamist problem that is growing and growing. Even our own president cannot call ISIS Islamic and until we can attribute the radical view of Islam these terrorists posses, we will not even begin to be able to defeat them.

It only took less than 24 hours before the hashtag "MuslimsAreNotTerrorist" went trending on Twitter as people took to social media to rant about the possibility of tying Muslims to the horrid tragedy in France.

 One can agree that various religions throughout history have done bad things.  Just as our president was so quick to speak about when he talked about the Christian crusades. Rioting Muslims Disguised as Syrian Refugees

When will people in this country learn!? There is plenty of room in the various muslim countries throughout the middle east to house the Syrian Migrants yet it's somehow up to those in the west to accommodate the muslims as they migrate into Europe and eventually the United States. And notice how I said migrate...

I say this because these islamists have no intention of ever returning to their homeland. If they were truly refugees they would be residing in Europe or the United States temporarily as that what refugees do. This president and those in government have no intention whatsoever of ensuring these individuals come here temporarily!

This is the fundamental transformation our president was speaking about some 7 years ago when he took office. Our president hates this country and what it is founded upon which is why he intends to change it. Couple that with the naivety of the American people who continue to buy into political correctness and you have a scenario that results in the complete deconstruction of our government, the Constitution, and everything this country once stood for!
